DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Start: Week 1 – 0.25mg
• Escalate: Week 2 – 0.5mg
• Escalate: Week 3 – 0.75mg
• Escalate: Week 4 – 1mg
• Escalate: Week 5 – 1.25mg
• Escalate: Week 6 – 1.5mg
• Continue: Week 7+ – 1.5mg

Patient can stay on Ozempic indefinitely based on guidance of you doctor/practitioner to manage your weight/heath.

Administer Ozempic once weekly on the same day each week, at any time of the day.

The maximum recommended dose for advanced users is 2mg weekly.

The day of weekly administration can be changed if necessary as long as the time between 2 doses is at least 2 days.

If dose is missed, administer Ozempic as soon as possible within 5 days after the missed date. If more than 5 days have passed, skip the missed dose and administer the next dose on the regularly scheduled day. In which case, users can resume their regular once a week dosing schedule.
